I.General introduction
Resource planning system TNC.ERP is designed order to atomize the basic process of an enterprise from finance to production, integrating information from all business functions and eliminating complicated lines which are not compatible with each others. TNC.ERP
TNC.ERP facilitates the connection between departments and inside each department, develops procedure and process regulating performance of company staff.
TNC.ERP is an integrated, multifunctional system managing firm operations includes planning, creating database, auditing, analyzing and operating. 1\ TNC.ACC: Accounting system
Accounting module consists of 7 sub-modules which are designed in line with Vietnam's accounting Principles. The collection of data among departments is shared and processed consistently on the same database. 2\ TNC.OPS: Order Processing System
TNC.OPS module is consisted of two sub modules include: SO - Sale Order and PO -Purchase Order. The primary function of this module is to help purchase staff in planning, preparing and monitoring the progress of purchase orders and sell goods and materials. SO – Sales Order also enable Production planning Department to prepare production plan and an order of production.
3\ TNC.SMS: Sale Management System
Sales Management module is the support function for sales staff in recording and storing all relating information of customers, products and services. It has the support functions to increase efficiency of sales as monitoring the performance of the contract, the changes in the market ..; has functions supporting managers such as analyzing business performance and efficiency of staff work and reporting, developing database and planning. The module function is monitoring warehousing, inventory in each store, category, code, order (customer orders). Stock management enables facilitates the connection of data to the accounting department in a closed flow, from purchasing to releasing goods in warehouse department to a stage of testing, record transaction in accounting department.
With this Module, company manager can save time in circulating documents, saving effort and voicing double-entry data (1 time from warehouse department and one was in the accounting department). The greatest advantage is to create speed and ease in analyzing statistical data and to eliminate cases when there is a difference in data managing warehouse and the ones storing in the accounting department.
5\ TNC.IAM: Instrument & Asset Management
TNC.IAM module manages all information related to company equipment and property. This module links closely with the Manufacture Resource Planning Module TNC.MRM in planning production.equipments.
6\ TNC.MRP: Manufacture Resource Planning
Manufacture Resource Planning Module is responsible for all information related to production planning and production process. TNC.MRP is a tool to provide timely information for the operator to manage the production progress as planned, to make correction timely if progress is not in line with plan due to accidents caused by objective and subjective reasons. In special cases, the module can adjust the production plan.
TNC.MRP module takes product as the starting point, beginning with product structure declaration or Bill Of Material with raw material, costs and other resources, including machinery, equipment and labor ... In accounting it is the cost structure of products. In production management, it is the structure of resources to produce products. TNC.MRM has numbers of functions include: declare the Bill Of Material (BOM); compare actual progress and plans, inform each enterprise, workstation and individual workers of production output.
7\ TNC.HRM: Human Resource Management
Functions of module include:
-Setting resumes by each department, division; managing salary, social insurance, health insurance (which is designed based on the decisions of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs under the State's wage applies to all types of enterprises).
-Managing the number of employees of the department, tracking labor discipline; tracking number of labor and process (salary increases, vacation, training, reward ...) and making detail reports personnel
8\ TNC.TKM: Timekeeper System
Time and attendance checking can be done by day of attendance, product, overtime periods, seasonal timekeeping. TNC.TKM applies modern technologies such as identifying bar code, magnetic card, polymers, bio hoc. Reporting systems are supported with design and report setting tools. Users can design reports according to work requirements. Reporting system enables users to prepare management reports to management quickly and accurately.
10\ TNC.SYS: System Management
This module allows users to declare, modify, and delegate permissions for each user and each part of the program's functions.
Simultaneously, the system allows decentralization to each data range partitioning, each task in detail (add. edit, delete) for each user. TNC.SYS module can give the right with limited use right in each department, meaning each department is only allowed to access and modify data within that department.
